Weights and Bike

It's time to get back into doing the weight circuit. It has been so long since I did weights (January?!) that I had to have my FitLink account reactivated at the Y. Did the complete weight circuit and then did 30 minutes of cardio on the recumbent bike.

This will probably be my last workout before our California vacation. I plan to take my running shoes and try to run in the Anderson Valley near the vineyards. Should be great weather and great scenery.
