Today was my first time to run with the group since we got back from vacation. I ran an easy 7 miles with Sharon. I still feel a tenderness in my knee, so need to work in some weight training to strengthen the muscles around my knee.
Coach handed out training schedules for the Fall marathons last week. I plan to run the Mohawk-Hudson River Marathon this October. The Utica Boilermaker is only 1 month away!
