Met up with the group this morning. Everyone is still pretty excited about having completed the Vermont Marathon. Mike and Jeff are gearing up for triathlons so went for an 18 mile bike ride.
I ran with Lichu, Greg and Sharon this morning. My knee still bothers me a bit.
I told coach I probably won't get back into the swing of running until I get back from vacation June 14.
