New Shoes (Again!)

After work today I took my Asics Foundation shoes back to Fleet Feet to see if I could exchange them for a different pair. They were very helpful and we tried on a few other pairs of shoes. I selected the Mizuno Wave Alchemy. This time I will break these in slowly on shorter runs before wearing them on a long run.
