14 Miler

Today was our first 14 mile run. We had a great turn out today (Larisa, Lisa, Greg, Troy, Dave, Bowden, Betty, Lichu, Kristen, and Kristen). We ran the Clifton Knolls/Oaks route to Betty's house, then added on a mile or so in her neighborhood before heading back toward coach's house to do 2 1-mile repeats, then back to the Y. 14 miles at 10:17 pace! My clock says 02:26 for total time, but that includes a stop to re-fuel.
