This morning, since it was not raining, we headed outside for our easy run through Clifton Knolls and Clifton Garden neighborhoods. The roads were a little slick, but we were careful.
We ran 6.1 miles at easy pace.
Tomorrow several of us will run traditional Troy Turkey Trot, either the 5K, 10K, or both. I hope to finish the 5K in under 30 minutes and beat my prior finish times.
