This is my 3rd time to run the 5K race at the annual Turkey Trot in Troy, NY. Home of Uncle Sam! My goal was to come in under 30 minutes. I did it! My chip time was 29:53 for a pace of 9:52. Yippee! Happy Thanksgiving to all!
