First Pacers Training Session

Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5AM the Y Running Group called the Pacers meet to do some group training. Today was my first time to join them. Coach Lichu gave me some tips and I met a couple other runners. It was raining today so we just did our workout on the indoor track. Normally on Tuesdays we do hill repeats in one of the neighborhoods. Perhaps next week. This Saturday at 8AM there will be a group "long" run 6-8 miles....


Today I ran 6 miles, easy pace.
