Delmar Dash 5 Mile Race in 39:41

Coach, Scot, Michelle and I all ran the local Delmar Dash today and met our goal.

I forgot my watch, so stayed with Scott until the water stop at halfway point. I never quite caught up with him, but always had him in my sights, so I knew my pace was good.

I finished in 39:41 (7:57 pace), 280th overall, 33/57 in my age bracket.

Scott also had a great time: 38:51. Coach also came in under 45 minutes: 43:23 and placed 2nd in her age group. Michelle ran negative splits. Well done team!
