This year marks my first running of the Gazette Stockade-athon in Schenectady. The historic course begins in Central Park and travels down the hill through the Stockade, into downtown, and back up the hill to finish in the park. See the album for some photos.
I beat my Utica Boilermaker time by almost 8 minutes.
The weather has been great this year for the Fall races. Close to 50 degrees when the race started at 9AM and easily got into the 60s in the afternoon.
Coach, Betty, Sharon, Nicole all ran the race too. This was the first 15K for Sharon and Nicole. John came down with pneumonia last week, so unfortunately missed this one.
