John came down with pneumonia earlier this week and will unfortunately have to miss the Stocakde-athon 15K. John was so excited to be running this one, we will miss him this Sunday!
Sharon, Nicole, Betty, and Coach and I all ran a short 3-mile loop in the Knolls. Then we had bagels before going about our day.
I headed home to shower, get Emma and head to Proctors to the expo and to pick up my bib for the Stockade-athon tomorrow!
