Kathy is away in Watertown to attend our good friend Russ's funeral. I stayed home to take care of the girls. Thanks to my mom for watching the girls this morning, I was able to get a run in.
Coach, Betty (and son Jamie), and Nicole are in Philadelphia for the Marathon and Half. Good luck team!
I warmed up from Mom's house by doing a 1 mile loop around my house, then headed out to Moe and took the Englemore route. I ran hard through Englemore practicing my 5K for the upcoming Troy Turkey Trot. Continued into the Oaks and then back through the neighborhood. Total mileage about 9.1 in 1.5 hours.

Good luck on your turkey day run. It might rain tomorrow but no snow...and I also signed up for the NYC marathon.
