New Shoes!

After work today I headed over to Fleet Feet to get some new shoes. It has been 2.5 years since I visited them last so I had them do another fit analysis. I have a normal arch, but a slight over pronation. So a shoe that provides stability is best for me. My current shoe, Asics Gel Foundation 4 has been a great shoe, so we tried the updated Foundation first. I also tried a couple of Mizuno models and a Nike model. I liked the Mizuno Wave Inspire; they felt ligther and very comfortable It is a stability shoe but does not have as much support as the Asics Foundation does. So I bought the Asics. I may order the Mizuno Wave Inspire in order to have a second pair.
