Sunday Long Run (9.5 miles)

Today it was much warmer (20s) and snowing. Although, my plan called for running 8 miles, most of the group wanted to run 10. The two groups were (Larisa, Lisa) and (Bowden, Betty, Lichu, and Dave). Although, Dave eventually caught up with Larisa and Lisa and made it back with the front group. My legs are tired, but otherwise I feel great. We ran 9.5 miles in about 2 hours.
