Only 4 of us showed up due to the sub-zero temperature. Lichu and Betty were determined to stay inside and run on the track. Dave and I decided to brave the elements. Rather than do the 8-mile long run, we opted for the Mill Creek route where we did 4 hills for about 6.2 miles. The hill workouts seem to be getting easier for me, so I must be getting a little stronger. We did a few laps around the indoor track when we got back to the Y.
We plan to run our long run of 8 miles on Sunday.
