Marathon Training Info Session

I attended an information session on Marathon training tonight. The meeting was hosted by Lichu Sloan, who is 60 and an avid runner and recently completed 7 Marathons on 7 Continents. In any case, I met some other runners, and am now psyched about getting back into running. Or, I never got out of it, but want to get more disciplined. I will start training for a marathon with a group in January 2009. Perhaps run the Vermont City Marathon in May.
