Running

I have been going to the Y fairly regularly. My routine usually consists of lifting weights using the Y's web-enabled weight machines and some cardio activity. Each time I use the weight machines, my stats (repetitions, weight lifted, etc.) are logged. My cardio activity varies from the stationary bike, the new ellipitical thing, and the treadmill.

Over the summer of 2006 I thought it would be nice to do some fitness activity outside. So I thought running! I signed up for my first 5K -- The -- hosted by the Y.
