Today was a glorious Fall day for a race. JB and Adam picked me up and we headed into Schenectady's Central Park for the start line. A bit chilly this morning in the mid 30s. The course is very hilly, so I tried very hard to not go all out during the down hill sections in the first half. My strategy paid off since I got a PR! Beating my previous time for this race by 5 minutes! Woo hoo!
