Athletic Yoga at the Y

We had a new teacher tonight. She seemed more technical than the other 2. She kept us quite busy Poses we did; dog, cat, threading needle, chair (also with twist), warrior 1/2/3, side angle ( and revolved), pyramid (active and passive back), salutations included: standard, upward, sun dive, forward fold also with lunges, plank, cobra, upward facing dog, low lunge, high lunge , crescent lunge, prayer twist Also rabbit, bridge ( also with leg lifts), upward facing bow, assorted twists on floor and balance poses on one leg. Amazing how much can be done in an hour!
