Coach Lichu leaves for Rochester to run a marathon Sunday. So the team met up and run/walk for the first 4 miles. I continued walking with Betty and Sharon to Mill Creek and then decided to do another 15 miles and practice some miles at marathon goal pace of ~9 minute miles.
Rather than run the 5 mile loop in my neighborhood, I decided to run Englemore and add on Miller and run in the Oaks before heading back to the Y.
My legs felt a little jello like near the end. It might be due to the intensive deep tissue massage I had yesterday. I better schedule massages a few days before a race... NOT the day before.
After the run I went to Brueggers and rewarded myself with a western bagel sandwich, coffee, and juice.
