The team car pooled to downtown Albany's Corning Preserve and then drove another car to the start line of the Hudson Mohawk Half at Colonie Town park. Sharon and Michelle will be running the half this fall on 10/10/10 and Coach and I will jump on the course and pace them.
Fall is in the air, leaves are starting to turn. Beautiful run along the bike paths. TO get from one bike path to the next the course runs through Watervliet on the streets. That is the only part of the course I don't like.
I did some interval/speed work along the Hudson bike path.
