Mother's Day Run: 4 Miler

Coach and I met at the Y to run this morning. This is my first run since last weekend's Flying Pig marathon, so it felt good to get out and run again. It was cold -- 30 degrees. Wacky northeast weather continues. We ran in the Clifton Garden, about 4 miles.
