Afternoon 5.5 Miler

Busy Sunday .. bike ride with the kids ... dropped Emma off for play date ... trimmed the overgrown hedges ... took Madeline for ice cream ... picked up Emma ... made dinner .. and just got back from a 5.5 mile run (8:30 pace!) .. from my house I ran Englemore, through Mill Creek, and back to the house via Valencia. The warm weather feels great!
