Shen Track Workout: 6 Miles

Good turn out morning: Scott, Nicole, Coach, myself and new runner Michelle. I have not run since Sunday so it was good to get a run in and see everyone.

We ran to the Shen track and did 2 miles. We ran close to 7:40 pace and under. Scott and I added on 2 more laps to bring our total distance to 6.
