Crazy busy at work again, so did not run with the team this AM. I ran the new 6-mile course in reverse from my house. Cool, crisp, air. The melting snow actually smelled like fresh rain. Dusk... then darkness... very peaceful run.
I ran 6.2 miles in 56 minutes (9 minute pace) I wonder if I can sustain that for the Flying Pig.
