First 18 Miler of Winter Training

Coach, Sharon and I started off today with the Englemore 8 miler. I am learning to pace myself and not go too fast at the beginning of these longer runs. This should prepare me for my strategy on race day at Flying Pig. Coach and I added on our 5 mile course and new 6 mile course before heading back to the Y. Total distance about 18.12.

We enjoyed a nice breakfast at Panera afterwards.
