6 Miler with Speed Work

A lot warmer today. So nice to run when it's not so cold. We ran the Beechwood route from the Y and added on 2 1-mile repeats. Nicole and I ran fast near the end of the 1-mile loops. Coach is off to Arizona for the Rock-N-Roll marathon this weekend.
