8.5 Miler

The team met up at Betty's house to run our last long run before the Hudson Mohawk River Marathon. Sharon, Saborina, and I met up with Betty after she already finished 12 miles on her treadmill -- so Betty got in 20 miles today! Saborina and I ran 8.5 miles in the Oaks. It was supposed to be raining this morning, but the rain held up.
