5 Miler / Shen Track workout

Today we ran to the Shen high school track and did 8 loops ( 2 miles ). The track now has a new rubberized surface, so feels good under foot. I forgot my watch this morning, but am not sure of my pace, but I ran harder than I usually run. A good work out.

John and I are tapering this week since the Lake Placid Half is this Saturday. We take a rest day tomorrow and then run an easy run on Thursday.
