Mid-Week Madness

Due to a customer visit next week for one of my work projects, I have been pulling some all-nighters this week. As a result, I missed my Tue/Wed/Thu group runs. I am looking forward to my long run of 12 miles this Saturday. I will try hard to get back into the swing of running during the week next week

Don't overdue the 12 miles since you missed a few runs.....go easy! Injury is harder to overcome than a few missed workouts. It's still early!!
