Saturday 6 Miler

Today it was bright and sunny and crisp. It is starting to warm up and Sunday is supposed to be even warmer. We decided to do our long run on Sunday, so today we did 6.23 miles. There was a good crowd today me, Dave, Kristen, Melissa, Betty, and Lichu. We stayed mostly together at the same pace. Dave and I took off the last mile or so and managed to run at 9:00 pace for that last leg back to the Y. I feel stronger.
