Saturday Long Run

It was a cold morning, 22 degrees at 8AM! My new Brooks running jacket arrived today, so I wore that on top of my usual 2-layers. Turns out 3-layers was too much and I was sweating more than I normally do. So much that my hearing aid stopped working... it will dry out. Thanks to Vicki for staying back with me to finish our run of 6.3 miles. In a few more weeks we will do the full Englemore 8-miler.
